Americas Best Value Inn and Suites Ada

The property itself was run down. I had to ring the bell several times to get service and a staff member tried to enter our room without even knocking first. Also the neighbors were rude and very loud and kept waking my 2 yr old child. Also, the people that ran the place had a small child that did NOT understand boundaries and made my child VERY uncomfortable. The beds lacked comfort and the overall conditions of this establishment just gave a sketchy vibe. They also charged us a $102 deposit BEFORE we even checked into the hotel. Will not be staying here again.

Stayed here previously and found it always okay. Rooms are comfortable and reasonably well appointed.

WiFi is poor and difficult to maintain connection even in the same room. System need bringing up to date.

For the price it was great. However, the breakfast was not good. I hate it when hotels use breakfast as a feature and then not have anything worth eating. But otherwise the hotel is a very good value.

Super ridiculous place to stay, there's a microwave in fridge in the room and the guy tells you not to have any food in your room..... Like what???

The room had a funny smell I think it's from the AC unit, the person upstairs or whatever was walking so damn hard on the floor then it sound like he was building something kept me up most of the night the whole time I was there.

The secure lock on the door and the enter the building is off the front lobby was hot don't look like a lobby anymore, and like I said even the lobby was hot in my room was hot then I had to try to get used to this smells didn't feel ready to secure America anybody can just walk in the lobby used to have to use the buzzer to get in.

Police and health department showed up due to multiple complaints. Avoid this place at all costs

I will NEVER stay here again the place was disgusting I wanted to leave but couldn’t afford to lose my money. I felt so bad for booking 2 rooms for me and my daughter and her family. I was so embarrassed and felt bad. Dirty sheets ugh makes me sick rethinking about the room was just nasty all u smelt in the hall was cigarette smoke never again

There wasn’t any carpet in the hallways, the ice machine wasn’t working, the AC in the room didn’t work well. The hotel manager even called me after we checked out and accused us of peeing in the bed. It was the oddest experience we’ve ever had with a hotel. We will NOT be staying here again. I wondered why our car was the only one in the parking lot but now it all makes sense. This place is trashy and unorganized.
