I paid the price without staying as we arrived from Incheon Korea at about 1:00 a m. . Although the owner sent a message I was not able to read it as I'm on the plane. I called very early about 6:00 a.m. so that he could have others stay on it and cancelled it. The place is not good,. It's good the taxi driver waited for us or else we will be walking in a secluded dark place in a squatters area. Frightening! I should not be charged for that. A very bad experience for me and my companion. Some Red Doorz published in your site needs to be updated. It's not what it says on your app.

Lodgings should be opened 24/7. Some sent us codes of the property in our email and left the key inside the envelope placed in the entrance hallways. There should be access of the property 24/7 like Stansted Lodge Elsenham. A lesson to learn and to avoid.

The staff lady was very helpful and help us in anyway she can.

Bed foam is gone, so basically your sleeping in the wood frame.

The building and inside is cosy. Good value for money.

No free shampoo, toothpaste, body wash. No free coffee or tea nor had a kettle to boil water. The management shall sell the items mentioned above if they don't provide.
