We arrived earlier before our scheduled booking, they do have available room and I take it we have a big room.

We decided to move to other room hopefully with a good view however we end up in small room, broken sliding door going to the back balcony, broken saucet and No HOT WATER we have given the ugliest room. I ask for different room however she refused it's fully book. We will never get back to this place worst ever.
