"Άνετη και προσεγμένη διαμονή με καθαρά, ευρύχωρα δωμάτια και γρήγορο check-in"

Πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή στο Gold Opera Hotel. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άψογο, ευρύχωρο, φωτεινό και πολύ προσεγμένο, ενώ το μπάνιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και ιδιαίτερα περιποιημένο. Το online check-in μάς εξοικονόμησε πολύ χρόνο, καθώς με την άφιξή μας παραλάβαμε αμέσως το κλειδί και κατευθυνθήκαμε κατευθείαν στο δωμάτιό μας. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ βολική για όσους επισκέπτονται το Humanitas University ή κινούνται με αυτοκίνητο. Για καθαρά τουριστική επίσκεψη στο κέντρο του Μιλάνου χωρίς αυτοκίνητο, οι μετακινήσεις ίσως είναι λίγο πιο απαιτητικές. Συνολικά μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι και θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

Αν υπήρχε και επιλογή φρέσκου/παρασκευασμένου καφέ πέρα από τον καφέ μηχανής, η εμπειρία του πρωινού θα ήταν ακόμη πιο ευχάριστη.

"Een echte teleurstelling"

Het bed

Het hotel was oud en had geen uitstraling. De parking was vies. Op de gemeenschappelijke wc waren er geen papieren handdoekjes, dus maar een wc-rol neergezet. Ontbijt was onder de maat. Wij konden bij aankomst om 09:45 een ontbijt krijgen voor 15€/pp, maar ze waren alles aan het opruimen en we konden alleen nog een koffie met een croissant krijgen. Buiten konden we nog iets drinken, maar de stoelen waren vies en de plantenbakken stonden vol onkruid. Op de kamer werkte de airco niet. Even naar de receptie gegaan en deze hebben ze op afstand aangezet. De volgende dag weer geen airco en weer terug naar de receptie en zo 4 dagen lang. De douche van de badkamer was het silicone zwart beschimmeld en de 2de dag was er geen wc papier bijgevuld. Het vliegenraam was stuk. De vloerbedekking in de lift was tijdens ons verblijf van 4 dagen geen een keer gestofzuigd. Een echte teleurstelling en dit voor een 4 sterren hotel. Het is echt het geld niet waard.
