This property is beautiful. The garden/pool area is a paradise.

Closeness to the beach and free parking.Great location to get to restaruants and shopping.

The condo itself needed some TLC from cleaniness to better linens on beds and pillows. Towels were sufficient. Draw drape in big window needs to be repaired.

The location the views and most important the gates all lock with a code to open and I love that cause of the kids. And the place was so clean , comfortable , and beautiful.

- The building is currently being repaired (plastering is being applied, painted), there are traces of repairs on all floors and the presence of workers (which was not mentioned in the announcement). - we rested in a two-room suite, the sofa bed in the hall has a mechanism of a French folding bed, on which it is impossible to sleep. It has a negative slope (the head is below the legs), the mechanism is heavily worn and has a curved surface in several places, creaks a lot. Every night was like torment in a dream in an uncomfortable position. - the furniture is quite worn - there were only two bracelets for the pool in the room, instead of the supposed 6 as should be.

Close to the beach! Bath towels were new and soft!

Not good! When I got there, it was a construction site, works, dirt, puddles everywhere, debris and a huge construction noise. Early in the morning, the construction noise started nonstop. It was crazy disturbing.

Not so much! Spacious, but furniture kind of world, carpet old and dirty. Couch was horrible. Sheets with poor quality. I had two horrible nights. I believe they rely on the location, and just don’t about the rest, specially the well being about clients. I contacted the owner about the construction issue. And he just apologized and did nothing to make it up. It was my wedding anniversary and I did not have a good experience at all. Specially the night of sleep on those sheets and being waken up early in the morning with all the noise.

The location was very convenient and walking distance to the beach
