Il bel palazzo d’epoca location carina

Climatizzazione non funzionante. Siamo morti di caldo visti i 30 gradi esterni e camera che affacciava al sole. Pessimo. Per scusarci ci hanno proposto un caffè! Avremmo accettato quantomeno una prima colazione completa o un rimborso visto la notte da sauna. Davvero inadeguato. Non è un albergo 4 stelle pensate piuttosto ad un bel B&B in stile antico molto carino per non rimanere delusi.Personale inesistente,servizi inesistenti. Per 280 Euro a notte non ci sono né macchina del caffè in camera, né ciabattine o accappatoio, teli doccia minuscoli, nessuna presa libera lato comodino. Due volte ho telefonato alla reception e non mi ha risposto nessuno in quanto vi è una sola persona in albergo che talvolta si sposta e lascia la reception inattesa.

Very good location

Given that we had opted for canal view, we were not expecting the windows to be so small from our room 😅 not a major issue but we were disappointed when seeing the small windows 😅

Her yere yürüme mesafesinde, şirin ve nostaljik bir otel. 2 günlük konaklamamızda, temizlik istemememize rağmen oda kapısına bir poşet içerisinde temiz havlular, su, çay vb. ve banyo malzemelerini koydular. Çok ince bir düşünceydi. Resepsiyon çalışanı çok ilgiliydi, sorularımızı güler yüzle cevapladı. Yatak geniş ve çok rahattı.

Odaya giriş otelin dış tarafındaydı ve çok dar bir merdivenle çıkılıyordu. Odanın yer döşemesi ahşap olduğundan yürürken çok gıcırtı çıkıyordu.

Lovely hotel and room - had a suite looking on to the canal with separate lounge area. All super comfortable. By Jan van Eyck square - 5 mins away on foot from the more hectic central square. A couple of bars and cafes right outside with excellent options for a drink or breakfast if not having it at the hotel. Right by the no 2 bus stop to the station which was about 15 mins away. When we return to Bruges definitely where we will stay.

Nice buffet breakfast. Very nice view of canal. Lovely "library" bedroom. Very close to center of Bruges.

One front desk fellow was awful to everyone. All other staff so kind and generous with time and advice and service.

Situation parfaite pour un séjour à Bruges. Le personnel, tres agréable et à l'écoute. Le fait que l'hôtel dispose de places de parking, ce qui est très pratique (le stationnement est tres compliqué dans hypercentre). Le petit déjeuner.

Le chariot du service de chambre à demeure devant notre porte. L'état général de la salle de bain... propre, mais avec des équipements vétustes et une finition que nous avons trouvé en décalage avec le standing de l'établissement.
