Habitación muy cómoda. Personal de recepción muy amables. Lugar silencioso para facilitar buen descanso. Temperatura muy buena y botella de agua en la habitación (detalle que se agradece con altas temperaturas en el exterior).

Por la mañana, personal de limpieza extremadamente ruidoso: gritando en los pasillos y golpeando paredes y puertas al limpiar o mover los carros de limpieza. Rompe totalmente la sensación de paz y descanso adquirida durante la noche. Absurdo.

The hotel is well positioned to be reached by a local bus or taxi from the train station. The bus stop, shopping mall, McDonald's and a 24/7 gas station store are all either in the front of or at the back of the hotel. The reception staff are responsive, polite and helpful. I did not use breakfast option. The room is large and clean.

Although the room is large and clean, with a comfortable bed, I personally believe that it does not nearly meet the 4 star hotel standard. This is so for the following reasons: No bathrobe, no slippers (slippers are provided only upon request, from the reception). No additional toiletries, such as a basic shower cap for example, except for the really basic ones (hand wash liquid, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner). Mini bar is nonexistent as such, it is in fact just an empty refrigerator. No water kettle, no tea, no coffee. The only thing that you get is a complementary bottle of water, on your arrival.

La ubicación lejos del centro pero la relación calidad precio es muy buena
