Schönes Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal, guter Pool, schöne Zimmer, Essbereich und Außenbereich.

Nicht gefallen ist fast zu viel gesagt, aber warum der Pool im 1. Stock (eigentlich Erdgeschoss) und der Wellnessbereich im 3. Stock (eigentlich 2. Stock ) waren, war schon etwas seltsam. Wir vermuten, dass der Wellnessbereich erst nachträglich dazu kam. Schön sind beide aber jedoch. Das der Kaffeeautomat mal kostenlos zu benutzen waren und dann wieder nicht war etwas befremdlich.

Sehr gute Restaurantleistung. Top Frühstück, tolle Bar, große Zimmer, großes Schwimmbad

Unpersönlich Check-In, doppelt so hohe (!) Abrechnung (nach Reklamation Korrektur, ohne Entschuldigung), Feueralarm nachts um 02:15 inkl. Feuerwehreinsatz (Fehlalarm) ohne jede Info des Personals über Aufhebung des Alarms. Teilweise schlecht gelauntes Personal

"Preis-Leistung passten leider gar nicht, aber tolles Personal"

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und engagiert. Das Frühstück und auch das Mittagessen waren sehr gut. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch für einen Berlinbesuch und der große Parkplatz angenehmer als die sonst üblichen engen Parkhäuser.

Ich habe fast 300 Euro pro Nacht bezahlt und hatte dafür wirklich mehr erwartet. Mein Zimmer war nicht so chic renoviert wie auf den Fotos, sondern wirklich alt. Ramponierte Möbel, unschöner Teppich, alte Geflechtverkleidung vor der Heizung. Das Bad war neu und schön, aber in der Dusche standen noch Sachen vom Vorbesitzer und im Hotelshampoo war Wasser eingefüllt. Unpraktisch ist, dass Pool und Spabereich komplett getrennt sind, Handtücher und Bademantel nicht auf den Zimmern sind und mit Pfand an der Rezeption abgeholt werden mussten. Alles machbar - aber für den Preis enttäuschend.
