Breakfast was a basket of muffins and coffee, which was a major disappointment. Our windows in our room were left open and one of them didn’t even have a screen. Unfortunately we didn’t realize this until the morning so it stayed open all night. The door was really hard to open and basically had to smash into it to open it. Luckily we checked in around 1am and checked out by 8am so we didn’t have to spend too much time here. It definitely did not meet our standards.

I had this booked for July 14th and arrived a the hotel at 11:59pm. I got to the lobby at 12:02am on the 15th and was told by Maria at the front desk that it was too late to check in because the "system resets at midnight". Nowhere on my reservation confirmation did it say that you have to check in before midnight. I said to please book another room for that night and she said she couldn't. I called the main number and was told that I could book for that night and then she came back on the line and said that the hotel was fully booked! How could it be fully booked when the room I had already booked was still available? There was another guest there who was trying to get into his room, but left his key in there and she wouldn't let him in! I had to leave and find another hotel. I called guest services and they said that you can walk in and book right away anytime if they have availability. This place is a joke and Maria is rude and unhelpful. Horrible experience with her and with customer service.

It was so horrible that i did not even stay 15 minutes. The first room wasn’t even clean. The entire place smelled. Underwear in the hallway. Absolutely horrible. I left. I need my money back asap

Where do I begin? “Breakfast” consisted of two or three chocolate muffins from a box in an empty basket, if you got there early enough you might get a Kelloggs cereal bar. Every morning 2-3 people in my family got nothing. The coffee station was empty all three mornings. The rooms were grimey and icky. I had to personally go to front desk for any and everything I needed including toilet paper!! The room smelt like dirty Afro and the carpets were dirty! I had an anxiety attack sleeping in the bed. Just worst “hotel” I’ve EVER been too.
