Jon has the best customer service I have ever gotten from any hotel!!!

Our room had a large crack in the center of a tile in the bathroom. The edges were loose enough that someone could easily cut their foot. We let the hotel know, but they were all booked so instead tried putting duct tape on it. This came off quickly. With it being Spring Break, it wasn’t easy to just find another place, so we tried putting a towel over it and reminding the kids to avoid it. But after our first night + day of hiking and returning to shower, using the bathroom was just too stressful with the worsening crack. We checked out early rather than staying a second night. The front desk offered zero sympathy or solutions when we asked if they’d be willing to give us a partial refund. I wasn’t planning on leaving a spiteful review just to blow off steam, but AS WE WERE LEAVING we got an automated “Hey, how is your stay going?” text. I responded to it, and then got what appeared to be a human response that I found quite rude. Like, wow. There are lots of places to stay in Moab—don’t stay here!

Insgesamt war es ein sehr gutes Hotel. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Es war sauber und bot viel Platz. Zudem stehen Wasch- und Trockenmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung, was das Waschen der Wäsche sehr praktisch macht.

Arrived late in the day with out booking anything. Thought I could get farther north but got way too tired to keep going. Hiram was my first point of contact at the hotel. He totally took over including helping me use my points and pointing out where to grab some good food nearby. This a true example of value added employee. He didn't have to do all he did , I'm so thankful I ran into him. Many thanks!!!

What a great place to stay. The beds are so comfortable and breakfast had a nice variety. Jill, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to help us and she is such a nice person. Definitely recommend staying here. Even the staff at breakfast was so polite. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. N. Holley

The walls were thin. The guests above us sounded like elephants having a relay race until almost midnight each night.

The stay started strong with Jill at check-in, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the free daily breakfast, it was delicious, and having a machine for freshly ground and brewed coffee was a major plus. The room itself was comfortable, though I did have some technical trouble trying to cast from my phone to the TV. My main issue was the laundry situation. Upon arrival, I was told the machines were out of order and directed to a local laundromat (a 5-minute drive). Unfortunately, that laundromat was constantly full and a total waste of time. What frustrated me most was seeing other guests using the hotel’s "broken" machines. When I called to clarify, the staff member was quite dismissive, insisting there was an "out of order" sign on the door. I was staying literally next door to the laundry room and can confirm there was no sign there for three days. A handwritten note only appeared the next morning after my complaint. Being told I was wrong when the evidence was right in front of me was very disappointing. I also noticed that access to the breakfast area seemed uncontrolled. It felt like anyone could walk in off the street and eat, which raised some questions about guest-only security and value. Though I appreciate the staff greeting guests with welcome home, but home means laundry machines are working well.
