The staff was nice

All the dryers in the laundry room are broken, only one washer is available and with full occupancy all the time. The AC in the room was also broken and with large noise, overall the experience was awful

One of the most Cleanest and Friendly Holiday inn I ever went to! The Gentleman Hiram was friendy and professional, I definitely recommend here

This place has the friendliest front desk staff. They are so friendly and welcoming. Thanks, Hiram and John. The fitness center was nicely appointed- yay for the free weights! Size of the center was pretty decent. We absolutely loved the hot tub and pool. The temperature of the hot tubs was perfect- I like a hot tub to be- hot! The breakfast was OK- truth be told, I'm a waffle girl, not a pancake girl. But, the cinnamon rolls were good. I would definitely return and, because of our experience here we decided to try another Holiday Inn Express in a different town. If they are as good as Moab- we'll be happy.

I brought a group of 48 travelers to this hotel and the Holiday Inn express was soooo wonderful. The staff was so accommodating, kind and helpful. Thank you to Kat, Jon and Juan extra especially! Because all three were beyond kind! Our rooms were clean spacious beautiful! And the breakfast was great! They were so helpful and kind and we will definitely stay there again when we come through! All my guests were very happy! Thank you Kat, Jon and Juan! Oh, and thank you so much to what must’ve been one of the managers who sent me a thank you for bringing my group there! When I arrived they had all of our keys ready and a beautiful, thank you note which I have never once received that before, that was so kind the people at this hotel, really appreciate your business and that means a lot!!

Had a great stay the staff was very friendly. They were very knowledgeable and shared several suggestions on activities in the area. Appreciate their hospitality and courtesy especially from Herim and Chris.
