Beautiful entrance hall and a warm welcome from the lovely member of staff at reception. The room was spacious and it was lovely having plenty of room with two children in tow. Location was excellent - car park was easy to get to (literally right beside the hotel), wasn’t too expensive either. Easy walk to everything you want to see in the Old Town. Nice to have decent coffee in the room!

It was slightly frustrating only having the side lights/lamps on one side of the room as when we wanted to have some pre bedtime calm time it was very dark in the room and the only alternative seemed to be having all the spotlights on - a dimmer or some more small lamps would have made a huge difference for once the kids were in bed. A shower above the bath would have been beneficial, although the bath and hand shower were sufficient and the bath was deep and lovely to have a soak in.

Our stay at the hotel was very good, the room was very clean, the staff very polite, and the location excellent. Thank you

Great location , twin room was clean , staff very helpful.

I didn't like the Glass in the shower, we shared a twin room and no privacy while having a shower

The room was OK, but it was not properly cleaned when we took it over. We asked for tree planting in stead of cleaning, and that was a mistake. We are still travelling with dust from the hotel in the suitcase. Apart from that the hotel was OK. the last morning the breakfast room was filled with yuong americans, polite but noisy, and the buffet had difficulties in coping with the demand. The free drinking water was a hit in our family.
