We were unable to use the water not only to drink, make coffee etc but to brush our teeth. They were out of bottled water and the Culligan dispenser was often empty. We had to find something to put water in and walk to get it just to brush our teeth is absurd.

Clean, loved indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. 2 bedrooms large and comfy beds. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable 2 bedroom suite. Nice facilities. Good location.

The elevator was out of order and we had a room on the second floor, and we had "tons" of belongings between the six of us - food included - to lug up the stairs, and to bring back down again when our stay had ended. It was nobody's fault, however, so it did not destroy our opinion of the lodgings.

We loved the property with the clean rooms and enjoyed the pools and hot tub was wonderful. Great service but the beds in both rooms were uncomfortable and very hard. Maybe an update on those would be nice. That’s a big factor in deciding to come back because the hard beds didn’t work out.

Location, pools were heated and keept clean.

Thought the lady at the front desk when checking in needs to learn how to be understanding with deaf people. She looked at and treated me as if I was stupid. Hated how coffee bar opens at 8 am. Not convenient for people who like to start the day earlier than 8 am.

Quiet, very clean and in a great location. We love staying here!
