The property was ducked off on a back road which was great. It was very good, fun things to do in the lobby, gift bags for customers, Clean rooms , clean everything.

Loved the location and the shower! We have stayed here before, so I knew what to expect...but the breakfast has deteriorated. The pancakes were almost raw, the machine that cooked them was not set correctly...it needed to be slowed down to allow more cooking time. Also the only syrup available was blueberry syrup. Not sure if they ran out of syrup or what, but not everyone likes blueberry syrup. THERE WAS A tournament of some kind so there were lots of kids in house. They pretty much ravished the breakfast bar before we got there., so lots of items were not available! I guess they did not have enough food or either were not replacing the food hoping to slow down the consumption.. The bed we slept in in room 225 was worn and you could feel the springs inside the mattress. It needs replacing with maybe firm Serta mattress. The bed is not supporting your back correctly,. Also the walls and floors here are not soundproof enough. You can hear doors slamming and people walking about all night. The hotel was cheaply constructed. Love the Tru concept, but this property has deteriorated since we stayed here a couple of years ago. Also the hotel would not give us credit for being a Hilton honors member because we booked thru booking.com.. we actually paid a higher rate for the room thru this third party booking than if we had just walked in a booked a room.. to me this was unfair.

Very clean. Easy access to our destination. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Bed pillows were not comfortable. Too soft and flat. Not good for a previous neck injury. Usually travel with special orthopedic pillow which I forgot.
