All good that is why I like staying here.

I stay here often and have never had a issue. I understand there are water issues in Polokwane but I had absolutely no water in the evening, lady tried helping but still no water in the evening and in the morning. I was unable to have a quick shower, even though there are water tanks on the property.

Nothing much

No generator. Water supply is linked to electricity. When there's loadshedding, there is no water. No shower etc....The bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. We were in room 2 and there was water leaking from the ceiling all night. We could not sleep because of the water droplets. We are shocked that this place is ranked a 4 star....in our view I qualify to be between 1 and 2 star. The manager is just non- shalant about our concerns. I would NOT recommend it to anyone
