very good for a big group, each room has ensuite and the rooms are beautifully designed and the beds are comfortable, slightly away from centre but buses & train is just few steps from the apartment, good location, restaurants & shops are just nearby. There is a lift inside the apartment because its a third floor apartment.

everything suits what we need as small group.

sewage smell in all the bathrooms, but especially on the ground floor the cockroach traps placed by the host indicate that they are, but I did not see them in the rooms, the dust was not wiped from everywhere (behind the TVs, for example)

AC Not that cold and ceiling fan didn’t work Kitchenware needs replacing as most was chipped not enough cups and glasses for 9 people Toilet in ground floor room was broken

Spaceous house with big bedrooms including a bathroom per room! Comfy beds, pretty furnished. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the location was perfect - walking distance to the beach and restaurants + just 10min away from the city center by car.

Very unflexible concerning check-in/check-out. We were not allowed to leave our luggage until the afternoon. But the worst of all was when we arrived, nobody was there and when I called they told me there is no reservation/booking although we texted 2 days before arrival for check-in/check-out hours. Luckily the cleaning lady was still there and let us in, but she did not know either that we would come. She couldn't speak English so we communicated with google translate and she explained us everything which should have been done by the owner. Also the upper room under the rooftop was not airconditioned and it had like 40°C in the room at arrival which was horrible. Also we only had one big towel although we were 2 persons per room.
