"Great stay!"

The hotel was nice it’s very tropical decorations hits perfect with Miami Vibe. The rooms were big and spacious. Location was amazing!!! walking distance to the beach. Yana the receptionist was lovely and very helpful. The whole trip was amazing!!!

Wish the hotel was more clean it’s little on the older side.

Location of the hotel was perfect. Very close to the beach.

"Nightmare in Miami"

The idea of a nice family included honeymoon with my wife and kids but in reality this was a nightmare in the worse way.

The disregard and disrespect i received, book.com, sell rep. Me and my wife and young teens were expected to sleep in one queen side bed. There was no on-site employee. The elevator did not work, drug usage was seen in the stairs area not to mention there no parking area for guest

The hotel was beautiful and ad beach access and it was great overall.

Not too much amenities but for the purpose of the hotel and location, it was perfect.

Niestety trafiliśmy na mało fajny pokój. W złym stanie była łazienka, w pokoju nie było ekspresu do kawy i niestety brak serwisu sprzątającego w trakcie pobytu. Pościel też już mocno zużyta:(

La cercanía a la playa, la disponibilidad de sombrillas, la atención y muy buena predisposición de la recepcionista, siempre muy amable a pesar de interactuar con diferentes idiomas.

Espacio pequeño de la habitación para 4 personas.
