Nothing was good

Room was not clean, no sop no hand wash nothing in bathroom, no hot water either even though the tap did have it. Continuously noise from gym besides and songs on loud in early morning and late night! Pathetic. The AC only works randomly, you can increase or decrease temperature . They charged 2000 INR for loosing room key card. No where in policy it has mentioned it. Also my booking was just for one night and the per night rate was nearly 1900. And they charged 2000 for key card. It was not even a physical key. They keep the same key card and don’t change it based on travelers checking in. This is huge security issue . Never recommend this.

The location is amazing but visibility of the hotel can be improved. Its not easy to find the hotel even after reaching to the location

Lifts and entrance areas can be clean and lightened.

Bathroom has bad stench coming from the drain. Difficult to use the bathroom.

nothing was good about it. All the fixtures are broken... Staffs were just not responsible.. utter waste of money

Breakfast options are very limited and served in room and only one dish

the way its made and staff is not friendly, cleaniness etc
