i stay there because its near to go to the jetty

The room was not been taking care. The bathroom need a lot of repair.

Mmmh really lot much... Apart that it was a large room with aircon

The man at reception was pretty rude, the bathroom was leaking everywhere, the bed wasn't very comfortable and sheets felt unclean. It was the only option at a decent price but otherwise wouldn't go for it...

Everything, the cleanliness is bad, even have dead cockroaches everywhere, the toilet I wouldn't even want to think off, the bed sheets never wash I guess.

low style serve customer.. everything charge.. cannot change or add on my date booking.. so I booked another room used my friends name so check in time got charge rm10.. check out late 30mnts still charge rm10.. very” poor customer service..”I say.. it’s >̴̴̴̴̴͡.̮Ơ̴͡kay I just report at booking..another 10mnt he said I cash back u cannot report” whattt????

Easy access to the Jetty for Tioman Island and to explore the town, air conditioning, firm bed (not good if you like soft beds)

Cold shower and strange hydrophobic towels, bathroom not cleaned, wifi didn’t work
