"Good but disappointing"

Large and generally clean rooms, spacious reception and lounge area, good breakfast buffet if they can keep up on busy days. Pool and Spa area very nice. Large terraced area would be very nice on a warm day.

Found it strange there were only verbal instructions available, no times of opening such as pool, restaurant or TV channels, no restaurant menu, or emergency procedures. Parking a long way from hotel, room servicing only minimal, no actual cleaning over our 4 day stay but bed made. Hotel and room very hot even with outside temperature only 14° and window open 24 hrs, the room control was showing 25° and Aircon not working. Asked for help every day. The mattresses were 100% Memory foam, so very very soft, we were 50/50 re this, but huge beds if you like your space.
