Super 8 by Wyndham Santa Cruz Beach

The staff was all super nice. The rooms were clean. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good. Me and my kids had cereal, banana, coffee and a granola bar. We walked to the beach in 8min. So convenient, we will come back again in a few months.

Staff was good and works hard. They were there day and night.

Window blinds were broken and not staying up. It was kept open the whole night. Door safety lock/latch broken and was afraid my kids were going to open the door at night while we sleep. Toilet seat scuffed up, the shower certain bar broken. Parkings not the greatest very narrow and tight spaces.

Nothing, worst property i have ever seen doesn’t feel safe at all. I am with family so couldn’t risk it, paid double to stay in another hotel instead.

It was clean and the rooms are very nice.

Just wish it had more for breakfast but other than that it was nice.

Short walk to the beach and boardwalk was perfect. Staff was kind and accommodating.

The other tenants we encountered were sketchy, and one lady who seemed to live there was very intrusive and seemed unstable, so we tried to avoid her a lot. The breakfast wasn't a huge selection. I didn't feel safe after dark walking around. The phone in our room wasn't plugged in and so old, more like a prop. There was significant mold in our bathroom sink.
