Check in and check out were seamless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Having breakfast included in the room price is a great perk and makes mornings easy.

When we arrived at our room, there was a strong smell of smoke in the room and hallway, so we alerted the front desk staff who made sure we weren't charged an extra cleaning fee by mistake.
