Super 8 by Wyndham Indianapolis-Southport Rd

I came here during the chaos surrounding the Indy 500 and stayed bc of the AMAZING service, professionalism, and caring support from Raj and her family and the entire Super 8 family. Words cannot express how much they truly care for their gusts here and how much they go above and beyond for their guests and especially my family as well. Thank you to the whole crew and to anyone needing a room from such an amazing staff with COMFORTABLE BEDS and close to everything you may need... SUPER 8 is ur home away from home.

Room was clean but very old. Location off the freeway and so close to restaurant choices was great.

Room was VERY small but had the two beds we needed. A chair near my side of the bed was so tight to the wall I had to move to the bed in order to put on my socks. Room reeked of Pinesol when we came in. That got better in a while. We met the man at check-in and the housekeeper. Both were friendly and helpful.

Did not see aby breakfast available. Floors were dirty

Floors were dirty. Sink was dirty. No toiletries included. Water leaked outside shower causing wall damage. Room smelled musty.

The hotel is run down and in disrepair! The room was rundown, dirty, the ceiling was cracked and discolored, the walls had big cracks and chunks missing. The sidewalk had big cracks and missing chunks of concrete. I had booked the room for 2 nights and left within an hour of arriving! No solutions were offered when I brought it up to management and no refund was given.

The staff was great.

Shower was really hard to turn on and off. Musky smell from the shower curtain. Sheets had some stains.
