Teton Village Condos Collection by JHRL

I almost turned around and booked another resort after seeing the room. It looked like it hasn't been updated since 1982. The floor wasn't vacuumed. Towels were dirty and old. I don't write bad reviews, nor feel like I have stayed in anything this run down in 25 yrs. To top it off someone keyed our SUV in the parking lot from front to back. Pictures on the website looked nothing like our old unit. Disappointed. Feel like I got taken for the $$.

We had an amazing stay at this condo. The location was absolutely perfect! We were right by the Village walking distance or a free shuttle away. Check in was a breeze. All the amenities were very nice. Especially the Jacuzzi which was very close by. We were able to ski all the way home to our condo. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much.

Old and not properly maintained. Toilet paper roll on the bathroom counter as dispenser was broken. No fan in bathroom. No coffee filter with the complimentary coffee. Old is ok, but cut too many corners.

It is a nice condo and well taken care of. Besides the initial check in the staff were friendly and helpful. Property was nice and only a couple of minor inconveniences.

Living space was nice. Entire condo was very clean. Bedroom furniture was cramped. Bathrooms space was small.

Pictures presented on Hotels.com were very deceiving. Condo was not very clean and had a funky smell. We opened all the windows in the unit to get fresh air. The bathroom door did not lock. Although we have nothing against dated accommodation, the beds were uncomfortable and small things such as a worn out toilet seat and mold in the caulking would be easy and inexpensive to replace. The web site said that there was a pull out sofa bed in the living room which was not the case. Check in was great and the area was nice but overall we were disappointed with the Condo.

It was convenient to the park, the ski slopes ,if you are there for that, and the town of Jackson. I didn’t like the fact that there was no iron and I had to go buy my own. I also didn’t like that there is no a/c. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Enjoyed our stay.

Nice place. Conveniently located. It was nice being able to use a grill to cook a couple of meals. Nice large table to use. Nicely furnished. Clean.
