Billings Hotel & Convention Center

The staff was great and very helpful. Room was nice clean and was easy to get to.

There were people in the hallway all night being lod and very rude. Not hotels fault. Just made it hard to sleep.

The location was easily accessible albeit signage was confusing. Close to a lot of food options.

Our room was supposed to be a king bed and couch, instead we had 2 queen beds. The staff did nothing, just said to talk to a manager, who wasn't there. Manager was also not there when we left or when I called later the same day. Finally gave up on them even trying to make up for their mistake.it wasn't worth my time. Disappointed in the staff.

Room was clean. Restaurant and bar was great and staff nice

Ceiling in my room was coming apart. Shower fluctuating from screaming hot to cold then back to warm every 30 seconds. There was a few other things but not hotel fault maybe location.
