Месторасположение и работа персонала который непосредственно занимался уборкой в номере.

Изначально нас заселили в номер, где была с улицы доносится шум из вентиляционной шахты. Заменили номер, которые был укоплектован для одного постояльца. Нас было 2 взрослых и ребенок. Обращение на ресепшен результата не приносило 2 дня. Пока мы на этаже не попросили женщину, которая убирается в номере, положить хотя бы два полотенца. После этой просьбы у нсс появились и детский халат и детские тапочки и по 3 полотенца. Хороший бассейн, отличное расположение отеля.

The location is great and the coffee shop is one of the only places I could find that actually does pretty decent coffee.

This hotel has a long way to go in terms of general service. The staff are polite but not friendly. Service is exceptionally slow. There is no way these rooms are 4 star. This is 3 at a push. The rooms are tired and dated. My carpet and lots of stains on it and the side of the bath was falling off. I got water replaced the first morning but not again. The hotel restaurant is over priced and the cocktail list is same price as London but really poorly made. As Uzbekistan starts to open up more to tourism, if this hotel wants to market itself as a genuine 4 star, it has a long way to go.
