The people at the reception were very friendly and it was a big plus to be able to leave my bag after check out (for free). The rooms were as shown in the website and were clean, as was the bathroom. Overall it was a very good experience. Also the location is really good, is right in the city center and 5 minutes walking from the train station.

The only two things I didn't appreciate were one : the soap, which was clearly refilled into other soap brand packaging (obvious because of the scent) and, according to the packaging, was dermatologically tested and the ingredients were listed (for the original soap), this might seem like a little detail but for people with allergies to have the ingredients listed not correspond to what's inside the packaging could be really dangerous!! Also, there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the room, it would be nice to have a recharge available.

El hotel está muy viejo y mal mantenido. Las puertas sucias, muebles de distintas épocas, techo del baño con manchas de humedad! Las fotos me engañaron completamente. Si no hubiera llegado de noche me habría ido a otro lado. Lo único rescatable fue la cama que se veía limpia y amplia. No le da ni para una estrella y mucho menos por el precio.

- état de la chambre misérable. Les draps sont propres et c’est tout ce qu’on pourrait espérer. Baignoire sans bouchon pour le siphon, besoin de demander à l’accueil pour le bouchon d’une autre chambre. L’air froid passe par la fenêtre. Établissement méritant 2 étoiles au maximum. La moquette a l’air extrêmement sale, laissant à se demander combien de fois les sols sont shampouinés. - HORRIBLE femme de ménage ! Chantonne à voix haute dérangeant le confort. Tente de forcer la porte 3 fois en l’espace de 30 minutes, j’ai ouvert la porte pour lui demander quel était son problème, elle m’a demandé si je souhaitais le ménage, ce que j’ai refusé. Continue d’être bruyante et désagréable. Elle vient à ma fenêtre, les rideaux étant ouverts, et se mets à fumer une cigarette en regardant à l’intérieur de ma chambre. Jamais je ne me suis sentie aussi dérangée et inconfortable dans un hôtel. - De ce que je pouvais entendre il n’y avait que deux femmes de ménage à mon étage, et elles n’arrêtaient pas de se crier dessus, continuant de déranger mon repos. - je fais 1m58 et la baignoire est tellement minuscule que je dois rester recroquevillée, absolument ridicule, à ce compte là autant ne pas proposer de baignoire. Les joints sont très encrassés. - De bon matin, 1h30 avant mon départ, l’eau du robinet est restée uniquement bouillante pendant 5 minutes, impossible de l’utiliser.
