The staff and hotel were lovely especially Charlotte and Alexander, basic room with unique room layout, very clean. Really enjoyed my stay there, so central.

The breakfast could benefit from a hot food option being added. .

Some old obsolete furnitures, tiny bathrooms… and towels But I will stay there again next time

Great location in Toulouse, especially if you are arriving/leaving from the train station, with good access to the city and sights as well. The hotel provides a comfortable stay, good beds and pillows, clean room on arrival. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. The only negatives were that the daily room service was hit and miss and our room was in a noisy spot by the stairs. We also got a lot of noise from gurgling pipes inside the room, so take earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Very good value overall.
