"Perfect location for Ironman participants and respective support crew!"

Great location in a calm area a bit outside the city but remaining at walking distance (Even though having a car is highly recommended). I travelled there for the Ironman and being on the course and at walking distance of everything made it very practical for me and my support crew! Staff was also very friendly and helpful! I would definitely book here again if I ever come back to Kona!

Infrastructures could be refreshed a little bit (e.g. Dishwasher was not draining water properly)

"Bait and Switch Come on"

Booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom room on 6/4/24 for 12 days in October. Immediately received a email confirming our reservation. 2 days before i was to arrive I received a email stating that they moved our reservation to the Royal Sea Cliff hotel. I called them and they said that i either take the switch or get a refund...2 DAYS BEFORE I AM TO ARRIVE. This company is a bait and switch company. The person on the phone hardly spoke English and refused to let me speak to a manager.

Spacious unit with full Kitchen, large Family Room, large Balcony with table, 2 bedrooms with King size beds and walk-in bathrooms. The grounds around units promote a quiet, relaxing feel that you want while on vacation.

Property on the “older” side and in need of an update as it was showing much wear; for example stair railing to unit was splintering, shower grout was stained, and carpet a bit musty. Also, just a little too far away to be within walking distance to downtown and restaurants on a humid day.

One of the best Hawaii Big Island trips, thanks to Wyndham. Not just great service, but also amazing, friendly, and professional staff. The well-equipped 2-bedroom unit was extremely comfortable and spacious, all for an amazing deal. They are now our go-to place when we visit Big Island again -Mahalo
