Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. Tuvimos un problema con el aire y nos cambiaron de habitación en menos de 10 minutos. El personal espectacular y el buffet libre del desayuno espectacular.

Está muy bien situado. Tiene una parada de metro a 5 minutos andando y para conciertos que sean en el metropolitano merece la pena

La habitación tenía olor a cerrado, pero creo que se trata de algo puntual. He estado en otras ocasiones y todo bien

El personal, lo mejor, muy amables en todo momento y me ayudaron con la pérdida de una tarjeta de acceso a la habitación. La limpieza y las instalaciones. Cama súper cómoda.

Por poner algo, las vistas. En nuestro caso daban a un edificio en construcción. Y el mando de la tele no servía.
