Rincon of the Seas Grand Caribbean Hotel

The location and the beach were excellent. Service room and staff were good. Very kind staff. Room was quiet and bed were comfortable. The food im the restaurant was also great.

Room 213. The entrance door didn't closed so well I had to push it hard to get it close. The toilet seat was loose, sliding door in the balcony didn't worked well and two chairs were broken. There's was no channels to see at the tv of the room. The bathroom door was very ugly. Very disappointed in that part.

Great location and not a lot of people to contend with in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were a little older.

The Beach in front of the hotel, the pool bar, the lobby is beautiful, beds are comfortable, and nice garden.

The shower needs remodeling. It's old, some tiles were broken and has mold in some places. Just the shower area, the rest of the bathroom is already remodeled and modern.
