"Hotel centrico en Palermo"

La ubicación en pleno centro de Palermo y el personal encantador, trato de facilitar en todo momento la búsqueda de aparcamiento y las gestiones al ser en una zona ZTL.

El acceso a la habitación era complicado y el ascensor que debía parar en esa planta no funcionaba. Los clientes que vayan a este hotel no se fíen de las señas que da google maps, envía a otro sitio. Poner Osteria La Lapa que está junto al hotel. Baño resbaladizo y aire acondicionado no bueno.

"Good location at a reasonable price"

Overall this is a good hotel for the price. The location is great. We were able to walk to many places of interest like Teatro Massimo and the port. The room and bathroom were a decent size compared to many European hotel rooms. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place for breakfast. My one complaint was that the elevator closest to our room was broken, and the hallways were a rabbit warren. We often encountered other guests wandering around like us, trying to find our room.

La posizione è eccezionale, la vista dalla terrazza è straordinaria, il personale è gentilissimo e si dà molto da fare

Le camere necessitano di ristrutturazione, in particolare i bagni, i cui sanitari sono vecchi e un po' rovinati, e danno un'impressione di trascuratezza. Come pure gli infissi, le porte e le finiture in generale delle camere. Gli spazi comuni invece sono ben tenuti e ristrutturati. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata: In particolare ad esempio nell'offerta di frutta fresca, carente.
