Les sols poussiéreux dans la chambre avec des moutons sous les lits La panne d’ascenseur nos obligeant à monter au 5eme étage pour redescendre à pied par des escaliers jusqu’au 4eme étage Particulièrement pénible avec les bagages et sans aucune aide de la part du personnel

Stairs into the hotel made it difficult to get luggage in.

La chambre était spacieuse. Le petit dejeuner se prend sur un rooftop ce qui est agreable et le buffet du petit déjeuner était varié. Personnel très à l'écoute.

Chambre mal insonorisée. Chambre donnant côté rue, elle etait très bruyante (nous y étions un samedi et même à minuit, les rues étaient remplies de fêtards).

Air conditioning did not function properly Very uncomfortable in the room

Room temperature was really hard to regulate. I have minor issues with moving around and there was no help to get my suitcase to and from my room which was far away from the front desk. Overall I was ok but not great.
