We where in room 117 the a/c sounded like a jet aircraft each time it started, thankfully my wife wears hearing wand couldn’t hear it, me I hear it each time so I was very annoying.

The staff are rude. The rooms are dirty. I got sick from eating the breakfast. I woke up from my neck and body hurting, from the bed and pillow
