"My stay was alright."

Breakfast was good the lady in breakfast area was really nice and attentive

Room wasn’t completely clean desk/table were dirty and their was still food in the fridge from previous people that smelled bad

"Good 3 night stay"

Stayed 3 weeknights in Oct, just a retired couple from southern AZ out for a mid week getaway. Room was nice. Clean and comfortable. Quiet when we were there. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was about average for what you expect from a BW Plus. Only negatives were: the juice dispenser was down the entire time we were there (there were individual juice containers in the fridge but most were expired) and the elevator was down the morning we checked out. We were on the 2nd floor and didn't have a lot of heavy stuff so really wasn't a problem for us but we saw a couple people struggling with luggage. Overall, though, we had a nice stay visiting the Ruidoso area and would probably stay here again if we were in the area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Best Western Plus in Ruidoso, NM! The staff were wonderful — especially Rose and Gina. They were both so friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel!

Lady in breakfast she was super nice only reason why I would come back to this hotel but lady in front of the office was very run she was older and look like she did not like her job !
