Le petit déjeuner

The reception service was excellent. The staff easily accommodated our request to pay separately instead of using the credit card provided on Booking.com, and they even granted us an early check-in without us even having to ask. The room was large and comfortable; I have health issues and am normally very picky about mattresses, but I was able to fall asleep easily and felt incredibly comfortable. I also really appreciated the selection of drinks from the coffee machine and the fact that it was available throughout the entire day.

To be picky: there was no shower cap provided in the room. Additionally, the breakfast choices were a bit limited, though still satisfying. The Wi-Fi service was sometimes intermittent, although usable.

vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame medewerkers, De kamers waren licht en ruim met prima bedden. Het hotel was een priLekker ontbijt . De koffie- en theefaciliteiten konden ons erg bekoren. De nabijheid van het station was een pluspunt.

La machine à café à disposition ainsi que l' emplacement ( en face de la gare)

Le buffet petit déjeuner n'était pas top.

Buona posizione rispetto la stazione

Lo staff ha descritto male una chiusura stradale che interessava la via dell'albergo. Hanno anche prodotto dei grafici sbagliati che mi hanno indotto a parcheggiare l'auto in un posto sbagliato. Per questo motivo ho subito una rimozione della mia auto, con annesso disagio lavorativo. Lo staff non si è neanche scusato e non ho avuto alcun tipo di risarcimento per quanto ho dovuto pagare. Pessimo.

Chambre spatieuse

Bien que ce soit la voirie qui avait fermé la rue et que le parking n’était pas accessible. Aucune information n’avait été communiquée à la réservation et le personnel ne s’est même pas excusé pour le désagrément obligeant à se garer à 500 m de l’hôtel et porter les bagages sous la pluie. Aucune réduction consentie
