Das Buffet sowie das italienische und mexikane Restaurant war gut. Leider gibt es nur wenige Bars. Der geheizte Whirlpool war super!

Das Meer ist sehr dreckig und nicht wie auf den Bildern. Das Hotel ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Minibar wurde nie gefüllt!

Overall, I would say the resort is just okay.  Food is nothing special although they did have a really great dinner on New Year's Eve. The entertainment staff does their best. There is a swim-up bar but no one bartending down at the pool.  You had to get out and line up at the top section.  Occasionally they would bring your drink down.  Our major complaint was upon arrival at 11:30pm we were told that we did not have a room.  They said that the air conditioner had leaked causing the ceiling to fall down in the one reserved for us.  I am pretty sure that was a lie and that they had simply overbooked the hotel knowing there was room at their sister resort. We were shipped off in a taxi to the other resort, fifteen minutes away and told that they would likely have a room by noon but no guarantee.  We were "upgraded" to premium for our trouble but there really didn't seem to be much benefit for us.  Our stay was only for 4 nights and we spent one at a different resort.  So only two and half days at our actual resort.  Not relaxing and I definitely would never stay here again.  It seems from other reviews, this is not the first time they have pulled this stunt......I should have taken them seriously.

Good location, nice pool area, nice beach.

Very bad food in the buffet, not at all a 5- star buffet. The rooms are not nice for a 5 star hotel, at least some of them and there is a connecting door from one room to the other which makes every noise be heard, you can barely have privacy.

Another massage on the beach with NADIA. Made it a double! Two hours with her very highly skilled hand and I was almost jelly when finished!! She is amazing to say the least. I waited a whole year to see her again…totally worth the wait. And she recognized me instantly!!! That was so nice. Thank you Nadia. I hope to see you next year!
