Hyatt Vacation Club at Pinon Pointe, Sedona

Great location

Expensive

Loved the view, cleanliness, bathroom/shower. Also, the staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, responsive. Aiden, who checked us in, was wonderful. She ensured our suite had a good view and was easy for my husband to get to (he has mobility issues). She also (without being asked) arranged for the other 3 villas our family was using were close to ours which made it easier for us all to get together.

Kitchen items were missing — no tablespoon (although the measuring set had teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon, etc), no mat to put under dish draining rack, no dishwasher soap pods (the resort staff brought some pods after we called to request them).

The view from the room was great.

The room was insanely overpriced (understand peak season but still ...). Noisy, no water, not very clean. No food, no room service, no breakfast. And on top of that you get the Hyatt Vacation Club pitch almost around every corner. When you ask these prices, at least leave people in peace rather than hard selling how to spend a few 10k more for similar miserable experiences.

The two ev chargers were extremely slow and unhelpful.
