The hotel location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything. The bed is incredibly comfortable and despite being on a busy street we heard no noise with the windows closed. However, the downsides, the room was very tired and in desperate need of a refresh. The real issue was parking, we chose this hotel because it had parking, we pre-booked our space but were told on arrival parking was full and we would have to sort our own parking, my husband did find somewhere eventually, more expensive than the spot we booked. While my husband was walking from quite far away the receptionist said a space had become available. It was too late at that stage. This is not acceptable and no excuses that were made by the hotel were acceptable. If you promise a parking space you need to deliver it.

Very nice staff

Excellent location, very close to the old quarter but reachable by car. The breakfast buffet was ample, and included local specialties. The bed was comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful.

Location, location, location! Wow! Best spot to visit Girona, so close to the old town. Good local parking at a cheaper price and the staff were so friendly and kind. The room was nice, facilities ok. Good value for a central location.
