Hallways dirty, standard of cleanliness in the room was average and room itself for the price was not value for money could have stayed in other hotels with better facilities for less

"overall the stay was not bad"

the breakfast was good, the staff were polite, we were allowed to have our room early which was nice as we had travelled up from Leeds

the room wasnt cleaned properly during our stay, the beds got made but the bathroom was not cleaned nor the floor swept, and there was a fire alarm that went off early Sunday morning, no reassurance was given, no explanation, no apology nothing

"Good location but should be £45 or under. £77 too high fo us."

Location is ok because all the take aways and restaurants near by. Hotel on the main road so you can’t stop car but if you go back of the hotel then you park your car for free and make sure enter reg number on the hotel tablet.

I saw some kind of snail or small ants on the floor and also bathroom extractor not working. Also only 2 bath towel and no face towel. Breakfast was expensive for us £13 each.
