Good location, very convenient. The place is good size for a family.

The place is a bit old and not updated. Not enough outlets in the right places to allow for charging station.

The lack of and incorrect information on both email and phone calls. Unit extremely tired and not overly clean. Bathrooms need upgradiing. Lack of power outlets for charging electronics.

Excellent location

Humming sound from ensuite, possibly bathroom fan. Reported it and assume it will be repaired.

The location, it was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and shower was good.

The toaster was unusable and dirty

One lift not working, then when we were leaving the other lift had stopped working as well , we had to the stair well which led to a door that was locked from the other side , after 10 minutes a staff member came along we banged on the door to ask for her to unlock it she gestured I’m on the phone so wait , we knocked again same thing she couldn’t care less about us again she gestured I’m on the phone after another 10 minutes of waiting a tradie type guy came along and unlocked the door and the other girl was still on the phone , and after all that we missed our train because she couldn’t talk on the phone and unlock a door at the same time , we have stayed there so many times over the years but that could be the last , we couldn’t believe how we were treated over a simple thing like that
