"Rude staff, Dirty sheets."

When we arrived our room was dirty, sheets were clearly used and when we asked the front desk to clean the room and change the bedding was told they do not do that. WTH. They refused to clean or change the bedding when it was horrible. No money back or anything. Absolutely will not stay here again. Rude staff and nasty rooms

How fast I was able to check in

I asked for a non smoking and the people next door smoked and I had my children there so I was upset and the lobby had no type of ac Poor customer service skills nobody really greeted As I came in and the next morning a diff shift same no greeting poor customer service skills the maids on the other had the house keepers were all friendly And nice

Cockroach in my bathroom, drug deals going on outside the front doors, Nobody at the front desk ever answered the phone, breakfast was bullshit...
