La limpieza, decoración y ubicación del hotel

Tuve un problema con el aire acondicionado, y no fueron capaces de darme una alternativa (cambio de habitación) confío no haberme constipado. Y ante un problema así, un hotel de 4 estrellas, en España, no oueden de ir al cliente: "Lo siento, pero no puedo darle ninguna solución". Faltan en huyes y la iluminación, a mi gusto, es escasa.
