The room was clean and neat, breakfast is delicious with fresh fruits everyday, coffee is great , tea and some fruit are available 24 hours in the dining area , staff are friendly and accomodating best service ever. My only wish is they can find the celfone of my sister left in the room, they will check thoroughly 163 the phone might have fallen in between the tv cabinet and ref

We booked to enjoy the pool and breakfast provided, however the amount of children that overtook everything and kept us up all night was not something we anticipated. Staff may also have been too busy as the check in line was very long. A fine place for young families but not for travellers without children looking for a quiet relaxed stay.

Everything was great and we would reserve this hotel again if we go to Calgary.

The positive reviews for this hotel are pretty accurate. This hotel is excellent. Check in was easy. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, especially when we needed a band-aid. We stayed in a kitchenette suite. It was perfect for our family of 5. Beds were clean and comfortable. Sofa bed was fine, according to my teen. We didn't realize we would have a full sized range and oven. We ended up going to Sobeys to get some groceries and were able to re-heat some items for dinner, which was an nice change while on a 2 week road trip. Pool area was exceptional. We saw staff cleaning the filters in the morning before the pool opened. Pool was clean, pool deck was clean. Waterslide was fun. There were always towels when needed. It was definitely one of the cleanest hotel pools we have ever stayed at. Breakfast area was a little crowded, but I think we timed it poorly both mornings since it seemed to quiet down after 8:00am. For the price point of this hotel, it is the best breakfast out there. The berries and watermelon were a nice addition to the "basic hot hotel breakfast". My kids enoyed adding whipped cream to their waffles. Having two omlette choices, bacon and sausage, hashbrowns, hard boiled eggs, waffles and I believe pastries (which I did not try) meant everyone was happy. Common areas of the hotel were all clean and well maintained. Hotel didn't have a crazy disinfectant or perfume smell that some hotels have. 10 /10 would recommend.

I stayed last year and it was a good stay. This time however, there was mold in the calking and grout of the tub (I have pictures too), and as well the tub and sink were draining very slowly. When I showered the tub filled past my ankles and took 20 mins to drain. I also had to leave a night early due to some car troubles and they wouldn't refund it, even though I check out in the morning. The plus side, other than the mold and drainage issues the room was reasonably clean and the check in staff were friendly. And the breakfast was decent.

Wow. What an amazing big room.we got! Very clean and spacious. We were blown away with the complimentary breakfast! So much to choose from! Fresh blueberries, watermelon, pineapple,blackberries, and strawberries! Most hotels have apples and bananas. Omelets, srambled eggs, real potato hashbrowns, bacon and sausage. Lets not forget pancakes, waffles, toast bagels, yogurt, and all the juices!! Rhey wven had chocolate milk! Thia place is worth the stay! Amazing

The breakfast buffet included an excellent variety of fresh fruit as well as hot choices. All refreshed and well maintained. Staff were helpful, cheerful and eager to please. Pool was adequate size with a waterslide for children.
