Hampton Inn Richfield

The staff and breakfast were great!

The property is very dated. Not worth the extra money. There was hair on the shower wall. The shower glass was dirty and stained. The hall carpets are very old and dirty. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food was hot and good as well. Too expensive for the look of the hotel.

Everyone was really friendly. We were able to check in early, breakfast was good and lots of options and very clean.

You could hear the people above us moving and being by a door you could hear people coming and going

Needs some updating, walked into a 65 degree room when it was snowing outside. It was cold so had to reset the temperature only to hear a crazy loud heater all night long. The hotel was not horrible but it could use some maintenance and updating for sure.

Very friendly staff, the room and lobby was clean and inviting!
