Very enjoyable overnight stay. Clean, comfortable, convenient.

For the price point it should have been way nicer. There was a rip in the carpet I tripped over several times and one of the queen beds squeaked like it had extremely high milage. Was not impressed. Will probably stay at the Fairfield next time I am in town.

I would not recommend this Hampton Inn. I arrived after midnight with my family of six, presenting my valid government ID as I have done at Hilton properties across the country to receive the government rate. Paul at the front desk not only denied the government rate but was extremely rude during the entire interaction. When I politely asked him to call a supervisor or a Hilton representative for assistance, he refused. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making an already late and stressful night even worse. Because of how we were treated, we had to leave and drive three more hours to Mesquite, Arizona, in the middle of the night, which was unsafe for my family. I have never been treated this poorly at any Hilton property, and it is unacceptable. I hope Hilton addresses this location’s customer service and ensures that staff like Paul understand how to treat guests with respect.
