Hotel and room itself were better then average. Clean and good size room, better then average breakfast, good location relative to the area we were looking at, prompt, friendly staff. A few negatives: noise from outside of room (neighbors) and street were very high, not enough pillows, ac was cool but inconsistent, not enough layers on bed making body temperature control very difficult (sheet and very thick top cover only)

They was no't hable to fine my reservation so I have to go to on other hotel I hope you didn't no't charge for something that I was not able to use because your comunicacion whit the hotel and you guys sorry wasn't my fault and the lady was so lazy to to look for my reservation I was very disappointed
