Need complimentary waters when checking in

Not awful, but not great either. Finding someone at the front desk is difficult. I needed an extra key (only got one at check-in). Every time I stopped by the front desk, no one was there. When someone WAS there, there was long line of people. There was trash (to go container with food) near the elevator bay on the 2nd floor. It was there on Thursday when we checked in. And all day Friday . And also on Saturday, when we checked out. Room had an overwhelming fragrance - like headache inducing. I don't know if they were trying to cover up a smoke smell (though they claim to be smoke free). So if you are sensitive to perfume-y smells, you might want to check it out before you book a room. Toilet is very low to the floor and tight between two walls. And the outlets are installed upside down, which is a fire hazard. Breakfast was good. Lots of options. waffles, sausage, Egg White Frittata, cereal, fruit, boiled eggs, oatmeal. I think it's an average hotel for the area. We chose it based on location. Convenient to everything we were there for.

It's good. Not the best, but not terrible. I love the location. It was convenient to everything we were there for. Getting into and out of the hotel was easy. Breakfast was good. Waffles, sausage (like, smoked sausage), egg white frittata , cereal, muffins, oatmeal, boiled eggs, fruit... the usual fare. As far as the rooms go. The bed was comfortable, A/C worked well. Room had an overwhelming fragrance. It's a non-smoking hotel, but it almost smelled like someone had smoked in the room, and they sprayed a lot of perfume to cover it up. It was overwhelming and nauseating. We set up a fan, opened the door and tried to air it out a little bit. The bathroom... nice sink area with plenty of room. I did have a difficult time getting hot water. My shower was luke-warm. With the hot water all the way on, it was still just warm. The toilet is low (low, low) to the floor, and the toilet was between two walls, so it was kinda tight. Also, the outlets in the room and bathroom are installed upside down. I don't know how that passed the initial fire inspection. It's a fire hazard. Pool was nice, a little dirty. I didn't get in, just sat outside while the weather was cool.

The big major issue was with YOU - BOOKING.COM did not get me a room! When I arrived, I did not have a room!!!! I will NEVER use Bookign.com again. I was so upset, exhausted and angry because I expected no issues, but I had to purchase another room and I am not paying you $187 for NOTHING!! Please refund my money to my credit cared immediately!

I don't like Booking.com!!!!! I've used you for years, but not I will NO LONGER use your services as they are unreliable!!

My fav stay when im In town. Breakfast is always beyond amazing

Very clean, comfy and good breakfast didn’t have my pets with me on this visit but they are pet friendly even have doggy treats on the front desk.
