"Too many missed opportunities to be a great hotel."

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was decent.

The pool was closed everyday I was at the hotel. I specifically selected this hotel due to having an indoor pool. I had kids on spring break who were unable to enjoy themselves each day due to the pool being down every day until late evening. Also, I was not informed I needed to request my room to be cleaned each day. I only had room service 1 day.
