Excellent stay central to everything

Nice looking hotel with excellent buffet breakfast, however our room wasn't that great. The bed was very hard. Our mini fridge didn't work. And the shower tap was leaking mainly down the wall instead of out of the actual shower head.

Very nice property. Well kept gardens. Very clean rooms and a fantastic buffet breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bagus.

Location good for Kuta. Close to shops and restaurants. While located on a very busy street, it was surprising quite inside the complex and in the room. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Place was clean, but a bit dated.

Everything was amazing until our last night of the stay. A RAT yes, a rat was running around our room at 3 am. We told the hotel staff they came up and basically said that there was no rat in our room. Would’ve appreciated more urgency and concern but there was none. They put a towel over the hole the rat was coming in and basically said it was fixed. When we left we told them that there is a rat in the room and they just said “sorry” probably with intent to reuse the room again for another guest.

The hotel was very comfortable and quiet. It had lots of food options and the staff were very friendly.

Very central to all shopping. The few we did not like was the lighting in rooms very poor, the hanging space in closet was too high. How a short person could reach it would be very difficult, not enough storage for clothes as I like to unpack my suitcase. My only other issue was breakfast. Unfortunately we found the egg station cook was very slow, people queued for long time and he did not seem to hurry. I also did not like how people smoked in restaurant. Apart from these issues it was an enjoyable stay.
